Proposed changes to property tax
The team from IR Communications are on call and are keen to assist members understand the many changes in property tax and how these will affect us financially.
I am pleased to say that I have been able to have a representative speak at the May members meeting.
Depending on the Pandemic situation they have advised the meeting might be via zoom.
The technical points which are likely to be covered are:

NZ is operating in RED Covid-19 framework. Attendance with vaccine pass only. Masks should be worn
The Bridge Club's rules are entry to vaccine pass holders only
Gatherings are limited to 100 people based on 1 metre distancing, this gives an approximate capacity of 60 people at the Bridge Club.

Visitors and non-member Landlords welcome - $20 each at the door.
