at the June MPIA meeting expressed keenness to play again to further understand the power of equity in funding further property purchases.
The property clock has a powerful effect on equity, both going up and going down. Different factors come into play influencing strategy at different parts of the cycle.
Because the real property clock cycle takes years to cycle, this game offers the chance to revisit or work out strategies over a couple of hours.
