JOURNEY TO SUCCESS STORY

Tim Horsbrugh is the key account manager OTC and intensives at Zoetis Animal Health. He and his wife Kat have established a portfolio to be proud of.

After arriving back into NZ from their OE in 1997 they rented in Auckland for a year before purchasing their first home in Te Atatu in 1999 for $188K.

In 2001 they bought their first rental. They moved into the rental to renovate it and the resultant capital gain started them on the rental property ladder.

They built houses as infill developments before moving to Wairarapa in 2007 with three children. After attending a mentoring programme in 2008 they expanded to numerous other building projects around the North Island.

Tim will take you on a journey of how to be cash-flow positive and have considerable property wealth.

Tim is the President of Wairarapa Property Investors Association.
