VIP Guest Speaker: Brian Kerr

Brian Kerr is a successful and enthusiastic landlord having been involved in property investment for more than thirty years. Brian’s investments include both residential and commercial property. Following more than a decade working as a tenancy mediator, Brian now advises on property and tenancy issues. He is also the President of the Marlborough Property Investors’ Association and author of “Successful Landlording”.

When working as a mediator for the Tenancy Tribunal, Brian saw the very best and very worst of landlording. He has advised thousands of landlords who faced a myriad of problems and challenges.

Brain will explain the important things in running trouble free profitable tenancies including.

• Tenancy Agreement and some new must have clauses
• Tenant selection – a must to get right
• Property inspections
