A local investor story of a difference

Derek is a retired primary school headmaster.

As a property investor along with his wife Sheryl, he manages their rental portfolio.

They have spent many years building up their portfolio and are now enjoying the benefits of hard work and commitment with their enjoyment of international travel.

Derek, a Manawatu member and Sheryl a committee member, both are active supporters of our Association.

Derek will present on their investment journey and what has been their formula of success for them.

A good opportunity to hear first hand from a local investor.
