Membership of the MPIA allows you to get to know other property investors and share ideas. It's a great support network for information, suggestions and advice, and we have a range of excellent speakers and meetings throughout the year.

Membership

We have 3 types of membership:

  1. Standard - allows up to 2 named people as members and includes attendance at our meetings, 1 membership card per member, 1 Property Investor magazine subscription, and newsletters from NZPIF plus any additional information from MPIA.
    This will be suitable for most people.
  2. Family - allows up to 2 named people as primary members with 2 membership cards plus 2 immediate family members who may attend our meetings, 1 Property Investor magazine subscription and newsletters from NZPIF plus any additional information from MPIA. 
    This is a good way to introduce members of your family to the intricacies of property investing without commiting to a large expenditure.
  3. Corporate - allows up to 4 people as members and includes attendance at our meetings, 1 membership card per member, 1 Property Investor magazine subscription and newsletters from NZPIF plus any additional information from MPIA.
    The membership cards are for the business , e.g. Bloggs Ltd 1, Bloggs Ltd 2, etc. and can be transferred to another staff member.
