Associate Members - refund of membership fees
As from 2018 the fee for Associate Membership is $25 paid annually to NZPIF.
When you become a NZPIF Associate Member you understand that you are expected to uphold the good and ethical behaviour in the provision of rental accommodation to tenants and when associated with NZPIF activities. A copy of the NZPIF Code of Ethics is available here.
If an Associate Member is found to be in breach of the NZPIF Code of Ethics, NZPIF reserves the right to terminate the membership and not provide any refund of remaining membership term.
Should you wish to convert to a full member of a local Property Investors' Association within 6 months of becoming an Associate Member, NZPIF will refund the Associate Member fee. To access the refund of the Associate Member fee, contact the NZPIF Head Office with the proof of your membership payment of a full member of the local Property Investors Association.

Full members of local associations wishing to apply for a refund of membership fees must apply to the local association of which they are a member. Each Association is independent and will have its own refund policy. Go to the local Association's website for contact details. The link to the associations in New Zealand is here:
