Guest Speakers Shane Storey and Paul Lyall
Shane Storey is an Accountant, Director of Storey & Associates, Investor and Member of MPIA. Shane will present on the criteria of Residential Care Subsidies including the Good, the Bad and the Ugly for income and asset thresholds in the event you or a loved one requires a rest home or are hospitalised needing long term care.
Paul Lyall is a Sole Barrister and Solicitor who has been practising law for the past 30 years. He provides experience, cost effective and timely advice for his services to families and businesses. Paul will present on the implications of gifting your assets and inheritance matters, Wills and Power of Attorney and touch on the Family Protection Act 1955 should a family member contest your Will and make a claim on your estate.
