EXIT STRATEGIES

Mark Withers is the founding partner of Withers Tsang and Co in Auckland. Mark has, for 30 years, specialised in providing tax advice to the property sector.

Mark has served 10 years as treasurer of the Auckland Property Investors Association and is a life member. He is the author of Property Tax: A New Zealand Investors Guide and writes the “Ask an Expert” column in the NZ property magazine. Recently he competed in the World offshore gave fishing champs in Costa Rica where he and his fishing team finished 12th, having caught and released 17 billfish in 4 days.
