Kerry Beveridge from South Canterbury holds the title for the 2017-2018 Landlord of the Year.
He is also the Chairperson of the South Canterbury Property Investors Association and finalist of South Canterbury’s Emerging Business Finalist for 2017.
Kerry is passionate about property and in providing accommodation to his many tenants.
Having been investing just over 10 years he is making his mark in the industry and in particular boarding houses.
This is an opportunity to hear Kerry speak about his journey, his knowledge of the Boarding Houses sector and explain why he decided to apply for the Landlord of the year.
It is also an opportunity for Manawatu members to be inspired by Kerry’s enthusiasm to send in their applications.
Winner receives the Cup, a $1,000 cash prize, registration, flights and accommodation for the 2018 NZPIF Conference. The presentation is at the Gala Dinner of the 2018 NZPIF Conference in Dunedin.
