Scotney Williams is highly regarded, and one of the leading authorities on tenancy law in New Zealand.
As a youngish lawyer Scotney was the first Regional Manager of the Tenancy Bond Division, known today as tenancy services,a division of MBIE. He had embarked on a career of becoming a specialist in Tenancy Law.
In 1996 he became a private consultant and established Tenancy Practice Service Ltd, known as TPS. Over the last 30 plus years the company has grown and offers advice and resources to assist property managers called, “Total Tenancy” and Tenant checks by “Tenancy” giving clients access to both Centrix and Veda checks and combining the checks is called “Multi Bureau” offering more information for less cost.
They advise on Health and Safety and Compliance matters.
They offer TPS Credit control debt collection, a unique system specialising in tenancy debts.
