Fiona Camberun has been called by a top USA Trader - the “Property Warrior Princess”!
Thanks to Trump University, top Property Trader and Coach Tim Mai, and her Property Mentor, Aucklander Malcolm Hesseltine, she is delighted to have faced her fears, learned a new skill-set, and gained a rewarding mid-life career as an independent property trader.
Fiona loves adding value to houses, thereby increasing street and community values. She states that “Property Investors, Renovators and Landlords should be Loud and Proud as all offer a vital service to the community”.
Fiona had spent most of her career serving other people. She managed a social service agency and found the work rewarding. At mid-life, realised a change was needed and to do something for herself.
Exploring financial independence on the net she discovered Donald Trump’s University training programmes. She applied for the property Graduate Programme and after a strenuous interview process was delighted, that she had been selected. Initially thinking she would learn how to buy a property ‘properly’, but she was in for a total personal and professional transformation instead. Fiona says Mr Trump’s philosophy invigorated the entire training and coaching programme. His insistence on showing integrity, of playing firm but fair, to aim for a win-win, and always leave something on the table for everyone or walk away, reassured her that this was the way forward for her.
Property has given Fiona a new education and a new life and its one she is passionate about sharing with others. She has featured in a book, NZ Property Investor Magazine, and on TV.
The association is fortunate to have Fiona present to us.
Fiona is a VIP speaker who will share her knowledge of nine years.
