Andy Stewart has represented the Real Estate Institute within the Manawatu Region for some years now and is extremely experienced not only in his role, but with the current state of the Real Estate market. He will advise on the various clauses that purchasers include in their offers such as 90% of offers are subject to a builders clause, title searches to eliminate defective titles, a meth testing clause which Andy believes will eventually become law and electrical inspection clauses to name but a few. Very few present cash offers. Andy will talk about who’s active in this market and why our region is so affordable.

Jenny and Sandra are currently working on a project and wanted to highlight the housing difficulties for those coming out of prison and gauge interest from investors to provide different types of housing to support those on release.
