Come along tonight to hear our Mayor, Jono Naylor, talk to us about what is happening in Palmerston North and the greater Manawatu region that makes it such a great place to invest in.
Also tonight – outgoing President, Grant Ogilvie, will discuss the lessons he has learnt since joining the MPIA and the key attributes which are needed to be successful as a property investor.

The MPIA AGM will be run at this meeting (see attached Agenda) and we will be electing our committee for 2013. Three existing committee members will be standing down so here is a great opportunity to join the MPIA committee and become more involved in your Association. Please respond with any committee nominations, motions or general business to me.
