Sue is one of New Zealand’s leading Property Investment coaches and has a diverse knowledge of all aspects of Property Investing. Sue spent the last 18 years immersed in the Property Market.
Sue speaks at and runs many Property events and has mentored many of New Zealand’s leading Investors.
Sue works with her investing clients to assist them to grow and enhance their portfolios, whilst keeping her eye on their end-goal, financial freedom and choice.
Sue's personal investing experience has covered almost all strategies, from the standard "buy and hold", to developments, renovations, trading, rent-to-buy, relocatables and pretty much everything in between. Currently Sue is focusing on "future-proofing the portfolio" and is passionate about the concept of "the future of real estate" and ensuring that her clients also understand the changing face of property investing as we move towards a more global market.
