The Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment is running a seminar for Manawatu Landlords, Tenants, Community agencies and groups entitled “RENTING AND YOU” This is in partnership with the Manawatu Property Investors Association.
The seminar will include the RTA Amendment Bill (no 2) to include methamphetamine contamination, tenant liability damage and unlawful premises. Presenters from MBIE, ECCA, Ministry of Justice ( Melissa Poole) and MPIA to also cover smoke alarms, Insulation, Tenancy Compliance and Investigation matters, Tenancy Services dispute resolution and bond matters and why it is important to become a member of the Manawatu Property Investors Association.
It will be an informative and educational seminar.
